(Yaupon Holly) Dioecious evergreen shrub to small tree to 25 feet tall flowering white, females giving way to clusters of showy red fruits. Can be kept trimmed to size and is often employed in hedging. Native to the southern states of the USA. Landscape accent. Traditional use (TNAM): Tonic tea. Source of significant amounts of caffeine. Will take full sun and is versatile on the landscape, not picky about soils or water. Space 6 feet apart.

hi rachel, these are an excellent buy and very healthy plants. I’m excited you’re getting one. i don’t know if they work well from cuttings–the ones we are selling are seed grown. richo
