Italian heirloom drying tomato.  Very fast growing, determinate vines are absolutely loaded with weighty sprays of rounded, nippled fruits.  I found that the ripening of the fruits on the individual spray was incredibly even, with all the fruits (except one, usually) coming ripe at the same time, and many fruits per spray, and very well adhered on super-strong stems.  These are your classic drying tomato, possible to sun-dry in whole form, but best picked when absolutely ripe, sliced in half and sun-dried on screens.
