(Arugula, Wild Roquette) Biennial culinary green, milder tasting than domestic roquette. Excellent addition to gourmet salads and the signature of an upscale cook. Sow in spring by strewing on a prepared bed, press in, keep moist until germination, no need to thin. Plants will catch their cycle.

      hi victoria,
      you can start harvesting at 60 days but technically as a biennial the plant does not reach maturity until it flowers in second year.
