Hi Emma, Almost all of them do work well as flavoring for tea. A bit strong to use by itself, it is usually mixed. The flavor is according to the fragrances that are already listed. Lemon rose is going to have a lemon rose flavor. richo

Hi Madeline, The only scented geranium seed we sell is Pelargonium capitatum, which is very close to interchangeable with graveolens. richo
