(Coffee) Woody evergreen tropical bush with glossy leaves. Native to Ethiopia. Fragrant flowers give way to the coffee berries. Traditional usage: Hot beverage made from roasted seeds used as a mild stimulant. Plant prefers tropical shade. Pot up to 3-gallon and greenhouse to size up. If growing outdoors in the tropics, space plants 10 feet apart.

How tall does this grow? 10 feet apart could be very tall or low and bushy, just looking for a mid size tree. Thanks!

Hi Crissy, Thanks for contacting. These will size themselves to the pot, growing less tall in smaller pots, bigger in bigger pots, and can be pruned. Volume 2 of “Growing Plant Medicine” lists coffee to 15 feet tall. richo
