(Long-standing Gaudry) Giant Noble is an heirloom cultivar dating back to 1926. The leaves are large, the plants are prolific, and they are heat-tolerant and slow to bolt. Thick, juicy leaves rich in chlorophyll, Vit C, A, E, B6, thiamin, riboflavin, folate, magnesium and potassium. Sow in early spring. Soil temp must be below 85 degrees F. for efficient germination. Scatter seed on a prepared seedbed, barely cover and tamp. Keep cool and moist. Thin to 6 inches apart.
