But then if I wan the extra spicy mustard, then this is the brown mustard seed variety? The one primary used for mustard in Russia?
From my research, I am looking for “Brassica juncea” but the “Miike” in the name is confusing me.

There is the Genus and species designation, then the varietal designation. Don’t be confused by the varietal designation. For instance, all corn is Zea mays but there are hundreds of varieties (types, selections) of Zea mays. Same with mustards. If you want to make spicy brown mustard out of Miike, then plant it and let it go to seed and then… make your mustard. r
