Hardy to Zone 9 and 10.  Generally grown as an indoor potted plant or in pots on the summer patio.

Perennial succulent native to South Africa.  A good companion for the house, requiring little in terms of light, nutrients or care.  Children should be educated not to eat this plant.  The leaves are thick, mottled, and toothed.  Each tooth tip can and will bear a baby plant when the time is right.  These may fall to the soil and root in.  You will have plenty to share!
