Hello Lylah,
Like a lot of other growers, I suggest you purchase the “salad greens” and “cooking greens” from us, by far the best buy, seed-for-seed, that we offer. Prepare a bed maybe 3 foot by 10 foot and make a good seed bed out of it, and sprinkle on the seeds, and press them in, keep moist, and salads and life-giving greens will be available in a few weeks. All the instructions are on the packet, but most growers have this embedded in their DNA.

Can I seed it now, then plant a lot of them, and use them in the summer and keep some in the ground along the winter (can one that are seeded now will be good all through the summer and then winter, or should I sow the winter ones in the fall?)
