      Hello Leah,
Wow, I’m sorry, that ran out fast. It is quite possible that we will have some left after shipping current orders, make sure to hit “waitlist” on this.

I am surrounded by elderberry trees, loaded with berries, the blue ones, not the black ones. Are they medicinally the same??

I wish I knew the answer to this. Some of the scientific literature says yes, some says not. r

  5. Question

    Stephanie

About how much is 100g or 3.5 oz of dried elderberries in cups? Is it 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup or what? Also would these dried berries germinate (if I have any left over)? Thank you!

Thanks for staying in touch. The 100 g is over a cup. These berries have been dried in a dehydrator and that could cause problems with the seeds. I recommend our packeted black elderberry seed which we prepare specifically for planting. And, I recommend the black elderberry recipes in “Making Plant Medicine,” which do not require you to know the volume per weight of elderberries.
