  2. Question

    Luciana Bergamasco- Michele Borgarelli

Hi, I purchased on June one Costmary (Tanacetum balsamita), potted plant, organic. After few days, following your instruction the plant did not recovery form the shipping and eventually died few weeks after. Because at the time your Costmary plants were out of stock, I ordered other two potted plans to another vendor. Again, after “pampering” them according to the info I got with the shipping, one died and the other is on the way. I have transplanted them in a terraccotta vase, adding more soil as suggested but nothing was beneficial. I want really to have this plant, so do you have any suggestion that makes my next order to you successful? I have had the Costmary forever in my villa in Italy and it was a very robust and no-management requirement plant. I do not know why is not working here. Pleasem let me know

Hi Luciana, Costmary soon tires of pots. To have a good one, you have to plant it in the dirt. Then, like you say, it is an easy keeper.
