Question
Richard Spradling –
What is the best way to overwinter my potted figworts? I used the seeds I bought from you this year. Most of my plants are in the ground, but I have a few pots that I’ve kept on my porch so far. Thanks

Hi Richard, Figworts make this really crazy mass of globular rhizomes that overwinter readily in pots or in-situ. You want to keep them from drying out, otherwise they are winter hardy and will come up even better next year. richo
