Hello, Can I use this root to steep as my tea? Can you guide me with water temp (just before boiling?) and recommended steeping time (10mins)? Thank you.

First I love your products and service but I’m not understanding about the Vedic dried chopped root. I use the powder in my smoothies and am hoping to grow it but I don’t understand if I need to start with seed or roots. Thanks,
    Jim
