Considered the largest of all chile peppers, the fruits are thick-walled, sweet and mildly hot.  Used in New Mexican cuisine for roasting and stuffing.  Mild when green, hotter when ripe.   Standard pepper culture–get an early start.   Space plants 1 to 2 feet apart.
