(Bottle Brush Aloe)  Succulent perennial native to Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Kwa-zulu-natal.  Elegant slender-leaved rosettes bush to 6 feet and give rise to cattail-like inflorescences of red and yellow.  Very easy to cultivate.  Space plants 2 to 3 feet apart.
