The seeds sprouted within a week and got 16 sprouts out the pack, which is pretty amazing. I bought the regular winter savory from medicinal seeds back in 2022 and the fully mature plant from that seeds pack is one my favorite smelling plants that I have, I’m looking forward to growing the purple flowered variety.

This and the lemon savory are amazing additions to various dishes. Also excellent when dried and added to herbal teas.
