Hardy to Zone 8 to 10, may withstand light frost, otherwise grown as a potted plant indoors or on the summer patio.

(Windhoek Aloe) Large, trunk-forming succulent native to the northern South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana and Angola.  The weighty stems are spotted in young individuals and monocolor in older plants.  Gray-green leaves with reddish margins, flowers coral red.  Space plants 2 to 3 feet apart.
