(Giant Solomon’s Seal, Polygonatum biflorum var. commutatum)  Herbaceous perennial forest dweller distinguished from look-alikes by its huge size and flowers drooping in pairs from the leaf axils that occur below the sweeping arm of the plant. Native to the eastern hardwood forest biome.  Traditional use (TWM, TNAM): external demulcent reducing joint inflammation and pain.  Sow seed in cool, moist shade and mulch.

    Hi Richo. I have heard that Solomons seal is really good for post surgery healing. I recently had surgery on my shoulder, and was wondering what your views are for this Herb for post op.. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
