MADE IN AMERICA by Strictly Medicinal and the shipping is free-of-charge to anywhere in the continental USA.
Set of 2  Herb Rubbing Screens, 1 medium and 1 coarse mesh, specifically designed to help remove sticks from dried culinary herbs, to produce a fine product for dried herb sales and/or cooking.  The large 18-inch square size allows for a vigorous and unimpeded sweep of the arm while hand-grinding the field-run herb through the screens  This improves efficiency when working with any size pile of dried herb from small quantities up to 500 g at a time, depending on fluffiness.  These screens also work very well to reduce dried medicinal herbs to the proper grind for tincturing (which will improve alcohol coverage, lack of which is a stumbling block for home medicine makers).  These screens can also be used for separating seeds, both large and small, from chaff, in seed cleaning.  This is a very sturdy frame made of Port Orford cedar, measuring 18 inches square and 3.5 inches tall. The screen used is very sturdy, stainless steel mesh, specifically 12 mesh (12 strands per inch) as the medium, and 6 strands per inch, as the coarse.  The heaviest wire-weights have been chosen in order to provide long-term service.  Weight–10 lbs.

    Perfect for intended use

These are well made and the perfect size. I opened them and was surprised how big they are but I had three bunches of lemon balm dried and ready to screen. The screens turned out to be exactly right for the lengths of lemon balm that I’d cut.

    Smell strongly of cedar.

Fantastic sturdy frames, I love smooth edges and solid construction. Herbs rubbed through achieve professional quality look. Sipping on freshly rubbed sage leaves tea as typing this. This will help with making salves as finished rubbed product is very fine quality. And they double as drying screens for small batches of herbs. So glad I have invested in this high quality product!

    My new favorite thing.

These screens are AWESOME. I shouldn’t have been suprised because everything that I have ordered from this company has been quality stuff but these screens were beautifully build. I have no doubt that they will become work horses around my farm and they are built to stand up to that. I have no doubt that I will get many years use from them. As for saving time…I’m writing this and not garbling because I have time to spare. They’re easy to use for both my garbling and seed cleaning chores.I’m happy to own them. Bravo, Strictly Medicinal Seeds!
