(Long-headed Poppy, Blindeyes) Self-seeding annual native to Greece. Bears long, pubescent stalks with light red flowers giving way to elongated pods. Traditional usage (TWM): analgesic. Plant prefers moist soils and full sun. Mix seed with sand, scatter on surface and tamp. Keep evenly moist and cool until germination. Thin-stemmed flowers generally require no thinning.

How does Papaver dubium treat pain versus Papaver somniferum?
Could not find any information on this matter……
Also, which of all the poppies are the most potent pain reliever, most cold tolerant as well?? Separate poppies….
