Plant prefers normal garden conditions, with sun and regular watering.   These are pretty on a border and tend to size themselves well in potted culture.   Sow in spring.  Barely cover seeds, tamp and keep evenly moist until germination, which takes 10 to 30 days.  Pot up to successively larger pots.  Space 3 feet apart.
