Hi Richo, I was wondering which cultivar of Ashwaganda was best for the medicinal garden? Vedic or African? Or does it not matter? Or should I have both? ?

      Hi Nancy,
These are 2 different ecotypes, If you are in a very hot and dry climate, then choose the african one. If you are in a hot and humid climate, the vedic one will work better for you. richo
